Roy Ofen, Associate
As a member of the firm's real estate team, Roy's practice covers a whole range of property transactions, including acquisitions, commercial leases, management agreements and financings. Roy can manage every step of a project, and works closely with his clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. In addition to structuring and negotiating transactions, Roy also assists clients in securing financing, dealing with regulatory issues, and tax planning and structuring. Roy also advises clients on several other legal and transactional matters including investments, trusts and wealth management. Roy received his LL.B. in 2009 from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya. He joined Ephraim Abramson & Co. after completing his internship at Yigal Arnon & Co.
